To access ANY and ALL of our online courses, Membership Content and Digital DVDs that you have purchased, go here to login to your Course Library:


If this is your first time accessing the Course HUB, 
you will need to create a new login by clicking "forgot password". 
The system will send you a temporary password (to the email address associated with your membership account that you entered above).
You will use this temporary password to login, but you can change it once you've logged in.
Check Junk/Spam folders and contact Customer Support if you need further assistance.

Cancellation of Subscription
(CFCA) Care Free Cooking Academy or (CFCI) Insiders:

If you want to cancel your Membership in the Care Free Cooking Academy or Insiders, please follow these instructions now so that your cancellation request is not delayed:

2. Click the icon: Manage Account which is the very top left (first position) icon in the Library.
3. Click "Manage Your Subscription: Update Billing, Cancel Subscription" and then click the RED BUTTON: Cancel
4. A popup will appear asking for your email address to verify your identity and provide you secure access to your subscription. 
NOTE: You must use the email address associated with your payment account - the one you receive receipts at, the one you used to make our initial purchase.

IMPORTANT: When you click the cancel button, a popup will open asking you to verify your email address for security purposes.
If you don't get the pop up window, YOUR BROWSER IS BLOCKING IT
and you must logout, clear your browser cache and history and then login back in to complete cancellation.

5. Follow the quick steps to cancel your membership and stop future billings.

If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to your course content until your current term ends.

Subscription Payments are NON REFUNDABLE. Cancellations apply to future payments.

* Refunds requested more than 30 days after purchase or for subscription payments that have already occurred before cancellation (request). We honor our 30 day refund policy without exception.
